Classes with Natalie: One off class/ drop in £12, or class passes available (£80 for 8 classes, can be used on any of Natalie’s classes, 12 month expiry). Natalie’s classes can be booked here. (If a class isn’t showing in the calendar when you try to book, it means it is fully booked)

  • Yoga  - Gentle/Seniors

    Yoga - Gentle/ Seniors

    Twice a week: Mon 9.30am & Thurs 10.45am (75 mins)

    A gentle class for anyone who would like to take things slowly. There is no need to be able to move on/off the floor. Chairs, and the wall are always available for those that need it. Typically this class is for 60 yrs +, or for anyone who feels particularly stiff, or brand new to Yoga. We have ladies and men, some in their 70's and 80's who are gaining mobility every week!! It's a fun and sociable class.

  • Yoga - Very Gentle Chair Yoga

    Mondays 11am (60 mins)

    Our most gentle class - using chairs. All of the gentle stretches are seated on the chair, or standing using the wall or holding the back of the chair for support. Typically this class is for 60 yrs +, or for those with limited mobility, or recovering from recent hip/knee surgery etc etc. If you are recovering from illness or surgery, or have a medical condition please ensure your doctor has approved you to come to a gentle chair yoga class.

  • Pilates

    Mondays at 2pm (60 mins)

    Join Lauren on Monday afternoons before the school run for an all levels Pilates class. Lauren brings her anatomical knowledge (from being a physiotherapist) and warm personality to her friendly, yet challenging classes. All welcome, bookings in half term blocks. Call or message Lauren to book direct or to find out availability.

  • Yoga - Sunset Vinyasa Flow

    Yoga - Sunset Vinyasa Flow

    Mondays at 6pm (60 mins)

    Laura will lead you through a Vinyasa Flow session, focusing on various parts of the body. You’ll integrate movement, breathwork, and occasional meditation, drawing upon all the techniques in Laura’s tool belt to offer a balanced and enjoyable class that leaves you refreshed and relaxed after a busy Monday.

    Tuesdays 9.30am-10.30, 10.45am-11.45am

    Franny has returned to teaching Pilates and is offering half term blocks of classes either for her general Pilates class (9.30am), or her Pilates class aimed at building bone health (10.45am).     This class is for all levels, whether you are brand new to yoga, intermediate or an advanced yogi! Expect a different class every week, sometimes gentle flowing, sometimes a technical workshop, always fun and inclusive. You will learn how be safe in poses like back bends, forward bends, twists, standing and seated poses. Suitable for all ages, genders and abilities.

    Wednesdays at 6.15pm (60 mins)

    Francesca’s teaching philosophy emphasises helping people find freedom, space, and joy in their own bodies, regardless of their experience level. She believes that yoga offers a sanctuary for mindful practice amidst the busyness of life. Francesca's classes are fun and filled with laughter and exploration, allowing you to savour all the delightful moments in between.

  • Online Yoga from home

    Thursdays at 7.45am, on Zoom (60 mins)

    Join a studio class from the comfort of your own living room. Classes will run on Zoom, all you need is a smartphone or laptop. No need to have your camera turned on if you prefer to stay anonymous (or stay in your pj’s). Classes will also be recorded in case you can’t make the scheduled time. Equipment needed: Yoga mat or non slippery floor, a few books and a belt/tie! This is an ‘All Levels’ class open to any age and ability.

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Thursdays at 9.15am (75 mins)

    Open to beginners, experienced yogis and everyone in between. Each week the class is different, we will always flow (vinyasa), but sometimes we do a technical deep dive. The class’s foundation is in Alignment Yoga which means we will focus on learning correct form and alignment in every pose, ensuring correct form before moving at a quicker pace (with the breath). Expect a fun, varied class that will build strength and flexibility.

  • Pregnancy Yoga

    Thursdays at 6.15pm (75 mins)

    Join Laura for this relaxing class created specifically for pregnancy. The class focusses on connection; with yourself, your ever-changing, beautiful body and your baby. Classes include; breathing techniques, guided meditation, gentle sequences of movements designed specifically for pregnancy, pelvic floor exercises and relaxation. (Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimester, movements can be adapted to any symptoms you may be experiencing).

  • Sunrise Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation

    Yoga - Sunrise Yoga

    Fridays at 6am (60 mins)

    Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork during sunrise over the ocean. The class takes place on Torcross beach (opposite the Tank Car Park). If the weather is bad we will use the Studio. Bring your own mat if you want to use one on the beach, although we find on the shingle a large towel is better. Wear shoes if your feet are sensitive on the pebbles, and warm clothes for meditation and breathwork. (Booking essential)

  • Yoga - Men's Yoga

    Yoga - Men's Yoga (all welcome)

    Fridays at 7.30am(75 mins)

    If you're a little bit daunted starting a class with only ladies, this is a class designed for men, but women are most definitely also welcome. We'll focus on the hamstrings, quads, hips and shoulders in every class! Great for cyclists, swimmers, runners, climbers and for those who don't have enough time to stretch. All ages and abilities welcome. If you think you are too stiff for Yoga, this class is for you!!!

  • Mindful Movement (Qi Gong)

    Qi Gong combines movement, breathwork and mindfulness. It increases your energy, improves lung capacity, and enhances balance. It’s a powerful practice for both body and mind. What are the benefits? You will build strength, reduces stress, increase energy, improve breathing, enhance your balance and flexibility. Join Tasha for this lovely gentle class, open to all ages and abilities.

    Fridays at 11am (60 mins)

    New for 2025! Strength training including cardio, strength, HITT, tabatta, intervals, EMOM using a mixture of kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls and more. Training sessions will help you to transform your health so that you can live a long, happy and active life. By exercising you’ll have less stress, more energy and more focus at work and at home.

  • Private class with Natalie

    Email or call for availability. (75 mins)

    If you are brand new to Yoga, feel daunted by coming to a Group Class or perhaps have an injury or health concern that you wish to work with, why not try a Private Yoga session to learn the basics, understand how to work with any limitations you may have, learn how props can help you discover the practice, and ultimately get moving! Private classes are £65 for 60 mins for 1-4 people. 5+ people = £15 per person.
