Studio Hire by the beach!

Start Bay Studio is available to hire for your own wellness classes, event or workshop. Our lovely studio is used for Pilates, Personal training sessions, massage and reflexology therapies, Sound Baths, First Aid Training courses, Paddleboard instructors courses, photo shoots, workshops, refreshments after local beach cleans and more! For wellness classes including Yoga and Pilates, the room comes equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, yoga chairs and more. We have amazing infrared ceiling heaters to warm the room (controlled remotely and on a timer, so no need to arrive early to warm the room for your session), and a new fire place and fire. We also have free wifi, along with lots of chairs and tables for workshops and events
