Spinal decompression

A short 5 minute demonstration of how to lengthen your spine/ decompress your spine using a door jam (locked) and 3 yoga straps.

In the case of neck problems, eye problems, a previous stroke, high blood pressure, heart problems, sinus problems, and epilepsy, inverted asanas should be omitted, adjusted, or modified. If pregnant, we recommend not attempting this posture unless with a prenatal yoga specialist. It is also advisable to avoid during menstruation.
